We are looking for a Training Specialist to enhance our retail business in Sweden. This role will enhance employee's skills and the organization overall quality of work.

Job Description:
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans and deliver training on schedule

• Manage training activities: create training plan, analyse requirements, evaluate achievement of objectives

• Act as coach and mentor for trainers
• Assist staff in the provision of technical advice within the retail network

• Translate material (in English) into Chinese; adapt training material to local market

• Ensure the provision of training resources: delegate handouts, PowerPoint slides, special tools, training aids

• Use the Learning Management System to monitor and maintain the quality of the training provision

• Other tasks may assigned by CEO

Required Skills:
• Minimum 6 years working experience in retail business and 12 month business training delivery

• Experience of delivering training that includes both marketing and strategy

• Willingness to travel on a regular basis between Sweden and China

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Passion to deliver high quality delegate focused training which meet the needs of the local market

• Fluent in English and Chinese would be beneficial

• High level of communication skills and self-motivation
