We have an exciting opportunity for you to become our new Training Assistant Specialist and join our team in Swe-den.
Training Assistant Specialist
Åkersberga, Sweden
You will support the Training Manager in the planning, administration and other logistics of the customized training program. Also you will be asked to provide your support for the organisation of product launch training. Here you will have the chance to work in a small and closely cooperating local team but also have the opportunity for personal growth in an international company.
Your Responsibilities:
• Proactive cooperation with all departments/ administrative support
• Maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Reporting related to training preparation and delivery
• Active communication with our clients and suppliers in Swedish and English
• Logistician tasks related to training organization (booking accommodation, training venue, refreshment)
• Check invoices and prepare everything for the accounting department
• Other office management tasks
• Ensure that campaigning efforts are well managed
Your Qualification:
• Work experience as Administrator (~ 2 years)
• Experience in the training sector would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Proactive working style and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
