The company has established a world-wide user base and is now seeking an additional colleague interested in a challenge and eager to contribute to the global roll out.
The Role
We are looking for a Training and Implementation Manager based in Stockholm.
In this role you will facilitate the implementation of Encare's system to customers (hospital teams) on a global market. You will be the project lead for the implementation process, facilitate events for customers and manage administration.
Your external contacts will be customers, suppliers and consultants. You will be the link between the customers, at the clinics, and the internal product development team working to improve the software and increase usage of the platform. You will also work with implementation efficiency by further developing an E-learning and certification system that can be used for newly added users and long-time certified users. Internally you will work close to the COO, product development function and the sales/marketing function.

Your profile
You have experience from product development and/or project management preferably from the Health Science sector. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in an environment that is changeable and in the atmosphere of a start-up company in which all colleagues are passionate, driven and humble. You are systematic, structured, flexible and have an openminded approach towards colleagues and customers. At Encare you work in a global environment requiring that you speak and write English fluently.
