As training advisor you are part of a small team of experts that supports the business day-to-day with development opportunities and ensures an effective learning administration. As an allround advisor you are able to support where needed in different areas of the training process to ensure constant delivery. You feel secure in a volatile landscape where you interact with different colleagues, stakeholders and different projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:
A broad range of ongoing and new initiatives in which you deliver the Swedish perspective on international initiatives
Support your colleagues to secure day-to-day delivery
Close contact with the business to support ideas and initiatives in an effective and transparent way whilst adhering to the standardized solutions that are offered by HRS Training
Pro-actively challenge the status quo and offer clear improvement plans to make our team deliveries better.

For our Training team in Sweden we are looking for a motivated Training Advisor that can support the business with continuous development of their staff through innovative learning methods. We are looking for a full time replacement on one year employment (from May 2017- May 2018) located in Stockholm.

Qualification needed:
>> Background in e-learning and/or pedagogy
>> Structured personality and good communicator, easily accepted by different stakeholders
>> Ability to follow up on business demand and structure next steps to meet these demands in a transparent and effective way
>> Technical background is a plus
>> Ability to balance between customer need and HRS Training ability to serve
>> Flexible attitude to support your team members securing delivery
>> Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English
>> Ability to understand, explain and adhere to predefined (admin) processes
>> Ability to acquire solid working knowledge of task specific software
>> Service attitude and experience
