About the role
In this role, the commercial focus is on a few global and well-known brands as well as how to provide activities to reach further product listings at our customers.
You will be responsible for the multiple marketing- and sales activities throughout the sales cycle and to bring the product portfolio towards commercial initiatives to increase growth and revenue. You will work close to the sales team and develop go-to market plans, both on strategic and tactical level. Some travel days is part of this role.
Responsibilities:
* Establish Trade Marketing Strategy for Sweden and Norway aligned with the Nordic strategy
* Ensure successful implementation of customer and consumer activities
* Support and collaborate with our customers to ensure our products end up in consumer 's hands
* Be close to the market and understand customers/consumer needs
* Identify and understand the target audiences to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
* Work in conjunction with the local Sales teams and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to promote the sales of brands, product and services
* Manage the participation in trade fairs and customer events and support the execution on site
* Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads due to strong digital marketing capabilities
* Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
* Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

You are creative and inspirational, yet analytical, great if you get thrilled by masterdata facts & figures on daily basis. Expressing yourself in writing and verbal in Swedish and English is something you enjoy and you are also happy to produce and execute presentations.
To succeed in this role you will need the following experience:
* 3+ years in marketing related functions
* Experience to work towards our main customer accounts in Sweden&Norway
* Experienced executor within social media, influencer marketing and PR agency collaboration
* Interest for digital content management and webapplications (CMS, Magento)
* Strong communication skills and a plus if experienced in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
* Native Swedish, Fluent English (business), spoken and written
* Experienced user of MS Office software with focus on Excel
* Professional user of PowerPoint
