As Trade Activation Manager you will be leading the development of Adult Tobacco Shopper capability in the Sweden in line with local needs and Global strategies and standards. You will be responsible for developing plans and managing execution of communication campaigns in different shopper channels.

As Trade Activation Manager you will be leading the development of Adult Tobacco Shopper capability in the Sweden in line with local needs and Global strategies and standards. You will be responsible for developing plans and managing execution of communication campaigns in different shopper channels.
Main Responsibilities:
• assessment of current brand activation capability by conducting analysis and developing insights regarding different shopper channels, segments and activation tools
• development and implementation of a plans to address identified gaps in brand activation capability
• leading the development of campaign plans for activating our brans in all retail universe
• development of innovative and effective activation techniques for consumer communication at the point of sale, grounded in insights into shopper behaviour and opportunities/constraints in different shopper channels
• ensuring campaign results are monitored and learnings and insights are taken into account in development of future activation strategies and plans
• developing and monitoring of execution of Trade Coverage Plan, SC Planning and Retail Classification
• full accountability for managing Trade Activation budget
• leading projects within Trade Activation area and being at the forefront of developing & embedding the Shopper Marketing and Brand Activation know-how across the Trade team
• close cooperation with Brand team, Planning & Insights team and Field Force
Your background
You are an energetic and positive team-player with a proactive, persuasive and creative attitude and you are prepared to challenge existing ideas. You are a self-starter who can work independently and have a flexible attitude in a constantly changing business environment. You have a profound commercial understanding and possess strong leadership skills.
In addition to this you:
• Have at least five years of experience within Marketing or similar roles
• Have the ability to work and influence across levels as well as functions
• Possess excellent networking and relationship building skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Speak fluent English and Swedish
