Position: Testing and Supporting Engineer for Asian markets
Job descriptions:
• take the responsible for testing Wireless security product (software, hardware)
• Plan, organize and coordinate engineering across several locations that are responsible for hardware development, software application level, product testing and scripting.
• Direct multiple software development disciplines toward within budget completion of complex software development project; ensure timely delivery of high quality product.
• Resolve high-level technical issues and build process to increase productivity
• Continuously develop the engineering organization to meet individual needs and the demands of business.
• Testing and enhancing existing product features
• Support customer, sometime requires traveling
Requirement:
• With minimum 1 years experience in software development and testing
• In-dept knowledge of software and hardware development, testing and support practices.
• Must be proficient with Linux based development tools
• Familiarity with structured analysis/design and object-oriented analysis/design.
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience in working with international customers
• Deep knowledge of engineering design process, quality control and product lifecycle.
• Ability to multitask in a flexible environment
• Deep knowledge of 802.11 standard
• Deep knowledge of network security solutions
• At least B.Sc. degree, M.Sc. preferred
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Open minded, analytical and social personality
• Knowledge or experience with wireless security, hardware development is a big plus.
