Description
The Test manager deliverables are:
• Define test strategy based upon the organization requirements, environment set up and product features
• Define and manage the test organization
• Define test plan
• Provide project manager with test status and results
• Provide project manager with decision material for go live process
• The test manager will report to the project manager and collaborate with sub project manager IT, product specialist, and sub project manager organizational readiness.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Experience: Have + 10 years of experience as a consultant in the field. Has participated in large assignments in various areas and carries out assignments with very high complexity and quality. Have been at level 3 for at least 5 years.
• Management: Has great experience and experience working in senior management.
• Independence: Very large.
• Testing of mission critical applications in a complex IT environment with high demand on application functionality, availability and performance
• Orchestrate different organizations and internal functions towards a common set of deliverables
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and preferably the rail industry
• Deep knowledge of Testing with emphasis on migration
• Experienced in working with cross organizational with cross functional teams
• Structured and driven towards defined deliverables
• Swedish and English
Preferred competence and experience:
• Experience from large and complex organisations
• Experience from systems for planning and optimization
Preferred personal qualities:
• Analytic
• Accurate
• Good communication skills
