hela Sverige Testing department in Eskilstuna is responsible for functional testing and verification of complete vehicles for new development as well as maintenance of the functions and components.
The challenges include the increasing customer requirements regarding quality, functionality and quality, and development of new methods for more effective and quality assured finished product.
Our development is conducted in a pleasant environment with a focus on cross-functional approach.
All essential work takes place in projects and the establishment of participation in the project's early phases.
Main duties:
Plan and carry out measurements and analysis of sound in the complete machine
Plan and carry out vibration measurements and analysis on the complete machine and its components
Working closely with design department to perform calculations and make suggestions for sound and vibration reducing measures
Participate in developing new methods of appropriate measurement and analysis
Report test results orally and in writing of technical reports
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor of Science with a focus on noise and vibration
Many years? experience of work in the technology area, ideally from the automotive industry
Experience in measurement and signal analysis
Ability to operate and develop methods in the technology area
Experience in professional driving of construction machinery, mainly loader/ dumper is an advantage
Desirable personal qualities:
You find it easy to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
You are analytical, structured, proactive and driven and able to work both independently and in groups
We welcome if you have a broad interest in technology, especially vehicles and interest in using your technical knowledge both theoretically and practically
As the job means many contacts both internally and externally, you should also be open and have easy to collaborate and communicate with people
