Creating preconditions for range and product development in IKEA to enable better products at lower costs and faster time to market while also developing tools, ways of working and provide IKEA with engineering and specialist competence within a defined capability area.
Overall responsibility is to support product development for IKEA. To lead, develop, and improve development testing and to support in Chemical Emission/Content competence.

What do you get to do?
Represent the capability area in development meetings
Be the point of entry, lead, participate and contribute to development projects.
Be active and create an IKEA internal and contribute to planning activities.
Communicate relevant information internally at IKEA Test Lab.
Create internal instructions in order module structure.
Contribute to development of new and updated test methods.
Have a good knowledge of calculations of measurement uncertainty.
Perform testing, make assessments, draw conclusions, and validate test data/results.
Contribute to the investment process.
This position is full time and is located in Malmö, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands. Travels, mainly to Sweden/Netherlands, will be required.
