hela Sverige Happy Kids is a private preschool for Swedish, foreign and multilingual children aged between 1-6 years. Our pre-school is bi-lingual with teaching taking place in Swedish and English. This is done by each group having at least one Swedish-speaking and one English-speaking teacher.
One of our English speaking teachers will be taking 2 months parental leave and we are looking for someone to come in and join us for this period of time and work alongside the other teachers in the team.
We are looking for someone that:
• Has experience of working with children aged 2 - 3 years of age.
• Is a good team player.
• Can interact on a good and professional level with both adults and children.
• Speaks English but can also understand Swedish.
• Is able to tak initiative and responsibility in their work.
It is important that you have a recent copy (less than a year old) of a Swedish police check sheet (belastningsregistret) saying that you are approved to work with children. Before starting you would also have been expected to have read the Swedish curriculum for pre-school

Because of the short notice of this vacancy interviews will take place on the 11th April with a decision being made on the 12th April. Candidates will need to provide us with at least 2 references from previous work places that we can contact.
