We are looking for Telecom Client Partner responsible for the Telecom Business Development across Nordic and Europe region. You will build Product alliance in technology areas like Cloud, Oracle, Microsoft, Big Data, Mobility, CRM, BI, to provide relevant technology and process consulting to Telecom customers across Nordics and Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build Delivery coordination & interface with offshore - India
Utilize Telecom knowledge and experience to provide and finalise winning solution
Help Telecom customer to drive revenue growth though building new revenue streams solution offerings like- M2M, IoT, eHealh, Big Data etc.
Sales lead for large Telecom domain bid pursuits with regular workshops, negotiations, Solution, RoI and TCO discussions.
Maintaining and improving relationships with Client at operating and Executive levels.
Create Telecom strategy for Nordic and Europe based on technology trends, gap analysis, performance, financial targets for a one to three-year period
Lead & discover solution development efforts to address customer pain points
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar ISU goals
Develop value added consulting solutions, TCS thought leadership and offerings along with GCP & other service line
Identify new opportunities & GTM opportunities in Telecom market
Manage the learning and development of the On Site teams involved in serving Telecom customers

Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration
BE\Engineering\Graduation or equal degree

At least 15 years' experience in the following:
Leading\Heading a Telecom Operations
Management consulting, Sales and pre-sales
Working with CXO level client stakeholders
Developing consulting offerings and solutions
Delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
Telecom Domain knowledge, IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
Business development and creating GTM strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
Experience of Heading\leading a Telecom Operations
Deep understanding & knowledge of Telecom domain BSS\OSS domain knowledge- Billing, CRM, Digital Channel, Oder Management, O2C, Inventory Management, 4G, 5G, FTTH, POS, Product Portfolio, Process Automation, GIS etc.
Fluent in English. Knowing Nordic languages is a plus
