Avail is now looking to strengthen its capacity in customer service, by adding a person dedicated to Pre- and Post Sales Technical Support at its headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. The position will be responsible for all aspects of providing qualified technical support related to Avail solutions to existing and prospective clients, incl conducting technical presentations over web/phone to prospective clients conducting technical trainings over web/phone to clients about to implement Avail providing on-going technical support to clients via email and phone. The key success criteria for the position is to minimize the time it takes for new clients to go live with Avail solutions (time-to-implementation) and to maximize the benefit clients see from using Avail solutions (uplift in sales).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The potential candidate should have an analytic, structured, problem-solving, well organized and service-minded personality. Striving for Quality is important.
Necessary skills and pre-required knowledge includes knowledge and understanding of
Database management and SQL
HTML and Javascript
One of the following langauges: Java, PHP, C# or Python
Complex enterprise and web application-environments
Operating systems such as Windows and Linux
The candidate must have a University degree.
A few years of practical experience from working with eCommerce site development using HTML and Javascript, experince from support organizations and integrating software in complex IT-environments, as well as experience in conducting training sessions for groups of people and creating training material is benefitial.
The candidate must have working knowledge of the most common Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power point.
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement. Fluency in French or German is desirable but not necessary. Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is benefitial.
