Join Our Team as a Technology Project Leader in Electric & Electronics
Are you passionate about shaping the future of propulsion systems? We are at the forefront of embedded system development for electrical, hydrogen, and conventional powertrains, and we're now seeking an experienced Technology Project Leader to lead our Electric & Electronics initiatives.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will drive the entire development process from initial planning and strategic anchoring to executing solutions that not only meet immediate project needs but also enable scalable, cross-project platform solutions. You will be a vital part of the team responsible for the Propulsion Electrical System Platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative, efficient, and future-proof solutions.
Your responsibilities will include leading system solution investigations, planning development activities, and tracking progress. A significant part of your role involves networking with stakeholders across projects, supporting the development of systems built on our platform, and collaborating with our agile hardware and software teams.

Key Activities:
Define and capture development needs for the Propulsion Electrical System Platform
Lead the identification and design of platform solutions
Plan, document, and oversee development activities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Identify and resolve technical and development obstacles
We believe that you have:
5+ years of experience in embedded systems development
Hands-on experience with electronic hardware and/or software
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams
A proactive, open-minded, structured approach and is driven to lead
Previous experience with Volvo Propulsion software development is highly valued
Educational requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
