We are now looking for a Capability Team Leader for High Risk Service Domain/Execution Leadership in a dual role - to build & manage a strong team of Execution Leaders combined with Technology Product Lead role for an execution area within High Risk Service Domain.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the High Risk Software Development team. We add value by understanding how the High Risk Business works and how Technology can be used to achieve the High Risk Business goals. As the Technology Capability Team Leader for Execution Leadership combined with Technical Product Lead role, you'll play a valuable role in building a strong team of execution leadership professionals to support the High Risk business domain to achieve their goals in an efficient manner.
What you'll be doing:
* Building and managing a strong team of execution leadership professionals
* Technology Product Lead for an execution area within High Risk Service Domain (change & run responsible, leading BizDevOps journey, ensure and oversee efficient execution, technology partner for product manager and product owners)
* Setting the direction for the execution leadership team and supporting the team on ensuring we deliver value efficiently, incrementally and iteratively with focus on total cost of ownership and building quality in the products / services we deliver etc.
* Fostering a culture of end-to-end accountability and ownership for the products and services the team delivers
* Taking an active role in helping the team acquire new knowledge and skills to achieve optimized business outputs

You'll join High Risk Service Domain in Credit & Collateral Service Area. The role is based in the Nordics.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* T-shaped skillset profile
* Former IT analyst or software development turned execution leader
* Genuine interest in acquiring knowledge about the High Risk business domain and domains related to High Risk
* Ability to see opportunities for change and set in motion initiatives to execute on this change
* Ability to build relationships across Business, Technology and Architecture
* Ability to set clear goals and purpose to keep the team feeling aligned & motivated

Your experience and background:
* A degree in the fields of Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
* 5+ years of experience as a Technology Execution Leader in the Financial Services industry running agile projects for software teams
* Alternatively, a strong individual contributor in a senior technology specialist role (e.g. Developer, IT Analyst) with the ambition to move into execution leadership
* In-depth knowledge about the banking domain
* Self-driven with ability to work independently and under own initiative once the initial guidance is given
