Technical Support Expert to QlikTech in Lund
This is an external recruitment and your employer will be QlikTech in Lund.
QlikView is increasing the support team in Lund.
QlikView Global Support currently consists of 33 team members, in five locations around the world. The majority is located in Lund, Sweden. Our Service Desk Analysts, Technicians and Technical Experts work closely together as a team to resolve any issues our customers and partners may encounter regarding the QlikView product suite. You are probably a customer service oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills who likes being challenged. If you are, you may be just the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Service Desk Analysts and Technicians with escalated Incidents
Finding Solutions
Finding Workarounds
Escalate to Problem
Extended support to Consultants and Partners
Back-up during installations/implementations
Analysis and evaluation of proposed configurations/installations
Investigating underlying problem of incidents
Doing Root cause analysis
Finding Workarounds
Producing / maintaining technical papers, white papers
Participating in projects, investigating the impact of our products in different environments and with various technologies
Occasional direct contact with Customers and Partners
Occasional travelling
Profile:
Bachelor degree in computer science, informatics (or equivalent) or documented experience of Microsoft environments
In depth knowledge of some of the following areas:
Windows OS
IIS
AD
Windows security
• NET
Web services
XML, HTML, ASPX
Citrix
SQL Server
Knowledge of ITIL certification a plus
Swedish and solid verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
Additional language skills is an advantage, preferably French, Spanish, Finnish, German or English
