www.bmw.fi.ArbetsuppgifterWorking with technical support at BMW Group means that you will be a part of a Northern European team consisting of seven persons. Together you ensure that our dealers always receive the best technical support and service possible. You are BMW's communicative link between the importer and our Nordic and Baltic markets. Your main focus will be on the Finnish market where you help the dealers and workshops with automotive technical support and guidance through our support system PuMA. You will also support the other Northern European markets when needed. The support mainly takes place through our IT and business systems, via telephone or e-mail but some direct contact with end costumers may occur. Apart from supporting our dealers from a distance you may also be asked to handle technical problems on site or in our own workshop. Travelling may therefore occur where you visit our dealers to help with technical matters or to participate in technical or other aftermarket events.
The position requires an up to date technical knowledge regarding BMW's new technology. This will be achieved both by e-learning and internal BMW training in Sweden or Germany.
You will report to our Technical Support Manager and be based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
ProfilTo match the position, you need a several years of experience from automotive technical work. Should you have experience from working with BMW or other German cars it is considered an advantage. You are fluent in the Finnish language in both speech and writing and have a very good command of English.
As a person, you always strive to provide a high-quality service and have good communication skills. You are independent and good at prioritizing and making decisions even under pressure. Furthermore, you have good social skills and enjoy a position that involves many social contacts. Finally you share our pride of our premium products and our great interest in the automotive market.
