Johnson Controls provide on site support functions to customer laboratory operations within the Life Sciences industry. As a Technical Service Manager based at AstraZeneca Mölndal site, you will be a key contributor to a highly dynamic organization focused on technical solutions, customer services and developing our business. You will be managing a team responsible for projects that deliver added value technical solutions to the customer, Life Cycle Asset Management as well as day to day Pharma Services.
You and your team are delivering a service to the customer's core business why we believe that customer focus and an understanding of the R&D environment in the Life Sciences Industry is essential for this position. It is a full-time employment and preferred starting date is as soon as possible.

Good communication skills, strong personal drive and an ability to deliver according to time lines is important in this dynamic organization.
You have an engineering degree in a field relevant to the Life Science industry (or equivalent experience) and more than two years experience of full project management, including budget responsibility. Field experience in laboratory technical services or similar is required and experience of working in a GMP or similarly regulated environment is considered advantageous. Previous manager experience is a plus. Excellent English, both spoken and in writing is required together with excellent IT skills. Personal skills will be emphasized during the selection process.
