1. Lead, execute material trialling and testing both internally and externally with Biofiber Tech commercial partners /customers of plastic compounders /injection moulders
2. Support Biofiber Tech's sales efforts by providing technical product application support with various players in the plastic industry and with end use brand owners
3. Support Biofiber Tech's technical sales & marketing efforts towards plastic industry by drafting of material application case studies and customer user guidelines and on -site customer visits and trials
4. Monitor competitive technology and product landscape, and identify new product development and market application opportunities
Job requirement
1.Academic degree in polymer engineering, chemistry and /or polymer material/bio-composite processing
2. Having a solid technical knowledge with minimum 3-5 years working experiences in the field of thermoplastic polymer or bio-composite material processing and /or technical customer support within plastic industry
3. Hands-on technical knowledge and experiences with plastic compounding, injection molding , and other plastic product converting processes
4. A person of positive mindset with excellent communication & problem-solving skills, who is initiative taking, ambitious, driven and with a passion to drive successful new product application
5. Fluent English speaking, German language is a strong plus
