hela Sverige Are you a senior Project Manager with interest in architecture and technology? Would you like to be a part of H&Ms Supply Chain program where we are implementing SAP worldwide?
We are looking for a confident leader with SAP knowledge who has the ability to manage a number of parallel initiatives in an organization that is characterized by high pace, successful deliveries and great team spirit.
You will be a part of The Enterprise Applications Division that coordinates and manages our Supply Chain program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow (focusing on Sales, Logistics and Finance). We're in the middle of a Global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.
In addition to the Supply Chain program, Enterprise Applications has the responsibility to support, steer and deliver Master Data and Transactional data (sales data, inventory data) to all functions within H&M. We also support new initiatives on the shared platforms and work with securing long-term solutions.
Your role will be to manage a portfolio of projects such as platform establishments, regionalization, HANA migrations and also be responsible for driving the strategic landscape agenda and initiatives. You will be working closely together with stakeholders from other projects/initiatives, area architects and vendors and belong to our program office.
To succeed in this role you are an experienced Project Manager with good knowledge of ERP technology and insight in supply chain processes. You have good analytical skills, are goal oriented and you work independently with a positive attitude and you are a strong team player.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Manage a number of parallel strategic SAP landscape initiatives
• Lead the strategic landscape focus group, virtual forum
• Cross functional and project communication and coordination between stakeholders
• Participate in related projects and initiatives - steering groups, reference groups, etc.
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Working as project manager or technical project manager today and have at least 5 years' experience
• Broad technical knowledge (architecture, integration, system landscapes)
• Good understanding of supply chain processes
• Experience of standard systems and preferably ERP/SAP solutions
• Very good communication skills
• The ability to drive/overlook many different work streams in parallel
• Good English skills, written and spoken
If you have specific competence within the Sales, Logistics, Buying and/or Finance processes it is qualifying.
