In this role, you will work as TPM (Technical Project Manager) for our development projects within conventional signaling in Sweden. As TPM, you shall lead our competent signaling SW team with responsibilities for project scope, budget, resources and time plan. You will also be part of the Core Team led by the commercial Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Challenges
- Lead and control development projects with regards to approved scope, schedule and budget
- Provide technical leadership within Generic Application Development
- Perform Project Management activities, in terms of scope, schedule, resource planning and budget control
- Deliver a system for a customer project where new or adapted products are used
- Ideally, an engineering degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- A few years of experience in a similar role, where you worked with many interfaces
- You are structured, communicative and can handle a complex environment
- Proven track record with project Management planning methods (Scrum or similar)
