Technical Application Sales Leader APAC, is responsible for leading the special sales group.. This group support customer/prospects of Bio Process upstream/downstream (incl. cell culture), high-end instrument (InCell, BiaCore, MicroCall, API) within APAC, China and India. Lead the team to deliver technical/application support to local customers with global level quality.

Essential responsibilities: Create Bio Process/high end instrument/technology prospect funnel by providing, technical seminar, demonstration Start-to-finish customer support
• Pre-sales support, creating awareness and total solution selling
• Post-sales support
Being technical solution partner for customers
Build sales funnel with sales team
Responsible for funnel creation, annual sales OP :
Responsible for funnel nurturing by providing technical support
Responsible to increase in customer share
Responsible for no. of new customers/capture projects
Responsible to develop next generation talents (expand technical wide and depth)
Aiming to be a ?high value added? functions which enable the company to be differentiated from competitors

Qualifications:

Having at least 5 year experience in Life Science industry
• Deep insight of Pharmaceutical and academic customer?s work process
• Understands customer needs both Bio Process and Research area
• Translate customer needs to purchase action
• Understands customer research flow, future direction and give consultation
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Having high ethical standard (compliance)
• Master degree in related is required, Ph.D is preferrable
