About Kognic
Founded in 2018 by Oscar Petersson and Daniel Langkilde, two engineering physicists working in the field of Deep Learning, Kognic is taking on one of the most challenging areas in mobility - the quest to make automated / autonomous driving systems more accurate and safer. Today, we help machines reliably make sense of a messy, chaotic, and unstructured world. Our data platform enables OEMs to get to market faster with less risk - and data engineers simply love working with our Machine Learning Operations tools.

Our future goes far beyond automated driving. Perception is a vital technology in understanding the world around us and our expertise in machine learning is poised to positively impact other markets, such as Robotics, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry just to name a few. We know it's not something we can solve overnight. We have to make extraordinary leaps in technology happen.

The role
As you can tell, it's super important to get the right people to join us. That is why we need an awesome tech recruiter to, initially during one year, cover for a parental leave, with the possibility of extension.

In the role as a tech recruiter you will be an important part to help accelerate Kognic's growth by maintaining a well functioning recruitment process internally and continuously improve the development forward.

You will work closely with our recruiting managers and support them from the start to the end of the recruitment processes. This means coordinating and driving, amongst others, the following parts: initiating recruitment briefs with managers, supporting with AD creation, screening, sourcing, testing, interviews, presentation of what Kognic offers, our benefits and our way of working.

The process has been refined and developed in collaboration between managers and P&C, but there will be continuous work on how to improve it and make it more efficient.

Key responsibilities


Handle the recruitment process, start to end.

• Participate in relevant recruitment fairs and employer branding events

• Support the hiring managers in the recruitment process

• Actively benchmark the market and make sure that we have an attractive message and offer.

The team
You will join our happy, innovative and ambitious People & Culture team built on six people. Everyone has their own responsibility and area and are empowered to drive this themselves. However, we always support each other and discuss things as a team. We have mixed educational backgrounds, competencies and experiences and we have a lot of fun together!

Who are you?
You have passion for what you do and have ambition - that is what we value the most! Other than that we would love to see that you fit into many of these parts:

• Structured, solution-oriented and a friendly communicator

• Academical degree within HR or equivalent

• Speak and write English fluently (our company language). Swedish is meritorious

• Previous experience within tech-recruitment, preferably within a startup/scaleup company

• Experience of search-tools

• Certification or previous experience of skills-, logic- or personality tests is an advantage.
