We are looking for a leader who:
•
Has demonstrated leadership experience in infrastructure services (having experience in Oracle Exadata platform is considered as a plus);
•
Implements and drives change effectively;
•
Develops and leads engineers, who provide high tech essential services for Swedbank's clients;
• Has experience working with Cloud technologies;
•
Encourages growth by empowering others to reach their full potential;
•
Supports a cross-functional team in continuously improving Agile methodologies and ways of working;
•
Shows courage and builds trust, creating a positive and inclusive work environment;
•
Has great communication and networking skills as well as fluency in English;
•
Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field (management, IT etc) is considered a plus.
What will be your daily work in this role:
•
Lead a cross-functional team of highly skilled database professionals.
•
Great communication management, including interaction with stakeholders.
•
Prioritizing and managing the product backlog.
•
Define clear responsibilities and priorities for your teams.
•
Collaborate with other Team Managers and management team to ensure that our organization is set up to support the execution of the committed roadmap.
•
Align your work and the team's contribution to the bank's direction and strategy.
•
Coach and support your team, as well as be open to the continuous development of your own leadership skills.
