At KRY we truly value to put the Patient first and one step for us to do so is by building an excellent Patient Support Team. We're now looking for a Team Leader that will build and coach our team of Support Specialists. As Team Leader you will dive straight into guiding and supporting patients, analyzing KPIs, optimize systems and tools, and explore new ways to make our patients lives easier. You will act as the first point of contact to all employees in the team and setting a good example with your communication skills and your ability to prioritize. To succeed in this role we believe you are a problem-solver, great at prioritizing and act as an inspiring leader to your team members. Ultimately, you create a high engagement in the team for us to achieve good results and great service for our patients.

What you'll do- Lead the operations in the Patient Support Team
• Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email/ chat/ phone).
• Set up and deliver on common customer service KPIs
• Setting up routines and guidelines together with KRY Medical Quality Team
• Managing a group of six fenomenal Medical Secretaries

Who you are- Licensed nurse or similar education within healthcare
• Experience of, or ambition to become, a team leader in a customer service function
• Experience from multi-channel customer service (phone, email and chat) and healthcare administration (referrals, labs, etc.)
• Knowledge of common CS systems and tools; Zendesk and Telavox are a plus
• Passionate about leading, inspiring and developing your team
• Driven with strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Result oriented and structured approach, while not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Comfortable multi-tasker, able to deal with several simultaneous priorities
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
