Customer Distribution Center is a production unit delivering infrastructure for mobile systems, both GSM and 3G, to more than 140 countries. Product Introduction Management Radio is responsible for introduction of new products, site solutions and test development.

Description
As a team leader for product support, you will be responsible for the coordination of internal and external projects - such as quality forums and Fault Rate Analysis Groups (FRAG) - in order to improve the product quality of the radio base stations produced at Ericsson. To achieve this you will work closely with test support, product design and production sites, both in Sweden and abroad.
Qualifications
You work well in a team but can also work independently.
You have good communication and change management skills.
You are persistent and result-oriented.
You should also have:
• A university degree or equivalent
• Previous experience working as team leader or project manager
• Good written and spoken Swedish and English
