YOUR ROLE
As Team Leader IT Service Desk you will mainly work as a systems engineer with the overall responsibility of the global Service Desk function. The Service Desk manages the entire lifecycle of our IT-related tickets with the first and most important task to get satisfied customers and users. You will coordinate and lead the daily work in our Service Desk as well as take part in the daily work as a systems engineer. SSC is growing and so is the need for our Service Desk function. You play an important role in improving the function and the processes round Service Desk.

YOUR PROFILE
To enjoy the position as Team Leader for our Service Desk you are positive, curious and like working in an international environment. You want to take on a leading role, develop the function and build the team. You are structured and service minded and reach results through your commitment and your ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues. We believe that you have a university degree within IT or equal experience. You have experience from working with Exchange, ITIL and Microsoft systems, as well as experience of leadership and work within a Service Desk.
Working in a global company means that you have good skills in English, both spoken and written.

The position is located at Esrange/Kiruna.
