To our division Sales Store within H&Ms IT-department we are searching for you who are an experienced and communicative IT project leader to our Project Delivery Support Office (PMO). You will lead the team to champion the work of bringing our project standards within different project portfolios to the next level.
The division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems to all the stores of the H&M Group. The Project Delivery function is responsible for delivering projects when establishing, replacing or upgrading these systems and services in cooperation with our suppliers. You will lead a team of Solution Architects, Requirements Specialists and Project Managers who have full- or part time allocation to the Project Delivery Support Office. In alignment with our One team spirit, you will help your team members in various projects when needed.
The team that you will lead is responsible for driving constant improvement across several parallel projects, making sure best practices are adopted by all teams and lessons learned are made and available in a structured knowledge base (toolbox). The team is also responsible for onboarding and coaching new team members. The role involves leading improvement work collaborating with subject matter experts, external suppliers and various functions within H&Ms IT-department. The work is varied; from leading meetings and trainings to documenting processes, methods and create presentations/templates to the projects.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Team lead within Project Delivery Support Office at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Drive improvements and change across several parallel projects
• Making sure best practices are adopted by the projects teams
• Making sure lessons learned are made available in a structured knowledge base (toolbox)
• Administrate and ensure general project responsibilities within each portfolio including reports, facilitate communications, handling budget and forecasting as well as capacity planning
• Onboarding of new team members and coaching of project members
• Lead improvement work collaborating with subject matter experts, external supplier and various functions within H&M
• Leading workshops and meetings as well as keep trainings for the team
• Documentation and information of processes and methods and create presentation/templates to the projects

And your skills include:
• IT Project Management or Program management (4+ years)
• Experience of leadership within change management
• IT Process methodology and IT Management enabling constant improvements using PPS, ITIL and/or COBIT or similar tools and frameworks
• Workshop facilitation and training
• Experience from Supplier management
• Good knowledge orally and written in Swedish and English
