Do you want to work more with pension solutions that suit our customers and their employees? Do you want to provide advice within for eg. occupational pension, valuation of pension liabilities, pension foundations and the design of pension offers in order to both attract and retain next generations key talents? PwC is an independent pension adviser and work with companies and businesses in all sectors. In our Stockholm Pension team we are a group of 8 team players and we are a part of our specialised People & Organisation department here in Stockholm consisting of about 45 employees. The Swedish Pension team is 11 in total and totally we are more than 400 tax and legal consultants in Sweden working with national and international tax and legal matters.
With growth ambitions, we now wish to expand our Pension team. Therefore, we are looking for you joining our office in Stockholm! Responsibilities
As an advisor and a consultant on a Senior Associate level within Pension, you work together with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Take responsibility for the project you are running, which means plan and make sure that each project being delivered according to schedule.
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients.
• Assist in the management and delivery of large projects.
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in Economics or Business administration. To be successful in this role we want you to have approximately 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience within our field, for example from other audit companies, pension institutes, insurance companies, traditional HR companies or from the banking world. It is preferred that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a sales background it would be an advantage.
Furthermore, we assume that you have a high working capacity, great analytical ability and master language skills in Swedish and English since Swedish is our primarily working language in PwC Sweden.
