Job Description & Summary

A career within Tax and Legal services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. We advise clients on their local and overseas tax and legal affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions. In Sweden, we are more than 400 tax and legal consultants working with national and international tax and legal issues.

As a member of our Corporate tax practice, you will be involved in a wide range of projects with stimulating tasks providing highly qualified and relevant advice to our clients. We provide tax advice in matters concerning cross-border transactions, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, entrepreneurial businesses, the financial sector, and much more. Responsibilities

As an Associate within PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

In the role of Tax Advisor, you will work together with more experienced colleagues to find solutions to our customers' challenges and contribute to the development of the customer's business. Your journey with us will ultimately lead to a greater responsibility with selling and developing our services. You can expect work full of challenges as well as good development and career opportunities.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Analyzing complex tax matters
• Writing reports and memos
• Sharing insights at internal meetings as well as client meetings and client seminars

Preferred skills

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in Law, or an Economics degree with great interest in tax. We believe that you have recently graduated or will be graduating during the spring of 2019, preferably with in-depth tax law knowledge. It is meritorious if you have relevant work experience and/or other involvement alongside the studies, but it is not a requirement.

To be successful in this role we want you to have a genuine interest in tax law and consulting. Furthermore, we assume that you have a high working capacity, great analytical ability and fluent language skills in Swedish and English. Swedish is our primarily working language.

We attach great importance to your personal qualities. We are looking for drive and someone who are happy to collaborate with others to deliver results and exceed our customers' expectations. You should be prepared to take on new challenges, have a great interest in the customers' business and be able to apply your knowledge with a business perspective. We also believe that you are a team player with great ability to collaborate and communicate with both colleagues and clients. We would like you to grow and develop together with PwC.
