ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Manager you manage projects at various levels in the organization. Your main responsibility is to launch Benify's new customers and execute improvement projects at our existing clients. You will manage the projects from start-up, to client launching, to follow-up and your main focus is to manage our clients' project teams. They consist of different functions such as IT, finance, legal, HR, marketing, communication etc. and you are responsible for coordinating all stakeholders in order to get the project completed with results of high quality. To achieve with this mission, it is of great importance that you can assume responsibility for your designated projects, have a high work capacity, and a good sense for customer service.
The work tasks are varied with a shifting character. The tasks includes everything from keeping contact with the top decision makers at large organizations and conducting client meetings, to building solutions for the clients in our IT system.
Examples of daily work tasks are:
• Managing client projects and implementing our IT solution towards our new clients.
• Collaborating with Benify's internal functions to coordinate and deliver according to our clients' requirements.
WHO ARE YOU?
We want you to have:
• A university degree, preferably within finance, HR, marketing, communication or engineering.
• 1-4 years of work life experience, where you have had frequent contact with customers.
• Experience of project management (preferable but not required).
• A technical interest and you are intrigued by IT solutions.
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written. As we are growing internationally, it's also meritorious if you know other languages such as German and French.
As a person you are ambitious, driven and anxious to finish projects with final results of high quality, and with the sequence that the clients are completely satisfied with our services. We value your positive energy and outgoing personality highly, since it comes in very handy in your close collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Furthermore, we also see that you are a fast learner and have the ability to absorb information quickly and to balance a number of tasks at any time. You also have a combined interest of business management and technology and thrive in positions where you get to meet clients and deliver solutions that meet their needs and wants.
