Would you like a role in the intersection between recruitment, employer branding and communication? Do you believe that without data you are just another person with an opinion? We 're looking for a creative and curious Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Scania Talent Acquisition!

In the upcoming years, Scania will make the biggest transformation in the company 's history, moving from a truck & bus manufacturer to a provider of sustainable transport solutions. At Talent Acquisition our mission is to hire the people necessary for this journey.

Your tasks

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with both operative and strategic tasks on a daily basis. Your tasks will vary a lot, but they are all related to candidate flow both in the recruitment projects of today and tomorrow. You will partner up with a recruitment team working towards a specific Business Area and collaborate closely with them.

Some of the time you will improve our sourcing methods in our ATS or create different training and workshops for our Talent Acquisition colleagues. At other times you will partner up with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employer Branding, HR, and Communication to set up a recruitment strategy for our prioritized target groups.

You will also counsel and provide data-driven insights on the candidate market to Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR and management teams. You will have an eye open to the market to identify influences and new opportunities within the recruitment and sourcing landscape, making sure we continue to improve our talent sourcing capabilities. We spend a lot of our time in various LinkedIn platforms such as Recruiter, Campaign Manager and Talent Insights.

It might sound like we are all over the place, and in a sense we might be. But hey, that's also what makes it so fun! But this is what a day might look like.

A typical day:

• Morning meeting with your team
• Setting up a targeted job ad on LinkedIn
• Looking into some new tools that might be interesting
• Communication plan for IT/tech roles
• Propose a new referral program initiative to People & Culture steering board
• Building strategic pipelines for our prioritized target groups



Your profile

To thrive in this role you 'll need to be curious about people and technology, not only because our trucks are pretty much a big rolling computer and our people are doing awesome techy stuff, but digitalization and especially data is core in our future People & Culture processes. You probably enjoy challenging the status quo, having the courage to express it, and the endurance to pull the change through.

What you 've done previously? You don 't need to know how to set up a targeted ad on LinkedIn but if you do, that's great. We believe that your background might be from recruitment or maybe you have experience in marketing or communication and are curious about recruitment. Or maybe you have knowledge about the labor market from another perspective?

We think that you also:

• Have a university degree or similar
• Speak and write English and preferably also Swedish
• Like to take decisions based on data
• Are structured, great with words and enjoy both collaborative as well as individual work
