We’re today 125 Fyndians and we are not stopping here. Instead, we are scaling up and now looking for you to join Sandra, Ellinor and me to find new Fyndians out there and bring them home where they belong.
Find them Fyndians
You’ll be in charge of attracting, evaluating and engaging candidates that could be a perfect match for the positions which you are recruiting for. So how will you find them? In different ways, it could be by searching online but also in other creative ways as well as checking out the incoming applications. By phone screening the candidate you’ll know if they are possible Fyndians and that they have required qualifications. You’ll working closely with us in Talent Acquisition as well as the hiring manager.

Has just finished your studies and ready to learn more about recruitment. You have a passion for networking with talented people. You enjoy reaching out by email, phone or any other creative ways. You love to set stuff in motion and run instead of waiting around. Building relationships comes naturally to you since you have 6-12 months experience of sourcing and now looking for a position where you can make an impact and be part of building Fyndiq.
