The Wholesale Business unit is a global provider of cross-border communications services. We provide innovative solutions that help operators, service providers, content providers, and other large-scale users exploit new business opportunities.
We constantly explore new ways for customers to increase profitability, improve quality and cut costs. Through intelligent use of our extensive network and high-quality technology, we deliver a wide range of standardized and customizable services, from bandwidth to advanced IP services.

The team will take care of customer requests regarding service/faults, delivery, billing, sales and always own and drive customer issues to resolution. The team will also constantly communicate to customers during on-going cases. The work will continuously be on shift list 24/365. The team exemplifies the company values in the daily work; service customers and working as a team.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be to:

Make a first analysis of customer request and try to find a solution.

Answer basic questions by finding information in support systems.

Handover complicated questions to the correct team for resolution.

Give correct feedback to customers regularly, according to SLAs (Service Level Agreements), during on-going issues and close issues upon completion.

Log all actions taken and contacts with customers in our support systems. Take care of customer requests regarding billing, delivery and sales.

Handle basic orders regarding for example cross-connects, remote hands and minor upgrades.

Help the customer getting in contact with the appropriate person for advanced sales questions "Ownership" of issues opened by the team and handed over to others for resolution.

Keep track of SLA thresholds and commitments and chase information.

Report to customer when solved (both orally and written). Handling of escalations and the follow up.

Contribute to the fulfilment of the team and corporate visions and goals.

Exemplify the company values in the daily work: service customers and work as a team.

We are looking for you that have excellent communication skills over the telephone and in writing. You need to have experience of working in an international environment. We want you to have a general technical knowledge and interest within telecommunications. It is meriting if you also have a basic knowledge about our products and our customers. Since the work consists of getting information from a number of support systems in the organization you need to be an advanced PC user.

As a person you have to be service minded, a good team worker with a great sense of responsibility. You need to be extrovert, actively networking with the organization and a problem solver. You should also have analytical capabilities and be able to handle several issues simultaneously. We want you to be motivated to develop personally and in the work, and to learn new things continuously.

You need to have excellent English both written and spoken. You have a good knowledge of Russian. It is also meriting if you have knowledge of one of the following languages Polish, Spanish, Dutch, Finnish, German, French, and Italian.

The formal requirements on this position are that you have a degree from upper secondary school preferably in engineering. It is meriting if you have a university degree in engineering or business administration. You should have at least 3 years of experience from customer service, fault handling or helpdesk work within the telecom business. Experience from customer service, fault handling or helpdesk work within the telecom business are considered an additional qualification.
