We believe you have a university degree in engineering, finance, business, computer/system engineering/science or equivalent and preferable experience from the Real Estate business in Ingka. You have the ability to prepare, analyse and report complex data. You communicate confidently and clearly in English. Also, you are expert in understanding and using applicable Real Estate system(s). You have deep understanding of the applicable part of the Real Estate business and you are highly proficient in MS Office skills, Microsoft SharePoint/workspaces/websites. You are interested and able to understand digital systems and solutions. Experience with Visual Basic programming and/or Macros into BI Publisher's Excel or Word could be valuable.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• process improvement and documentation
• cross-channel data analytics & insights

• data & analytics, knowledge of how to work with large volumes of digital data
• information management, knowledge of how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible and relevant information, always securing the appropriate levels of privacy and security

ABOUT THE JOB
This role supports Ingka Real Estate towards optimal business performance and to provide expert knowledge and guide the business to optimize the functionality of the Real Estate steered system solutions.
You will:
• be an ambassador of the global process. Deliver support, guidance and training to the clusters and countries related to the process and order solutions
• setup, maintain and develop the superuser network across the business area
• develop and implement standards, guidelines and methods for how to use the solutions
• coordinate and implement changes to the processes, ways of working and solutions
• secure that the solution is utilised in a proper way to make use of its full potential
• create reporting regarding adoption, use of the system or user satisfaction
• cooperate with Business Solution/Digital Unit to raise improvements and adaptations
• capture, analyse, document, trace, prioritise and agree on requests and needs from the countries and feed back to Business Solutions
• actively keep updated regarding the solutions potential
• secure training process to ensure the country/cluster super users and end-users are confident in their role; at the same time secure process for updating training material
• work in close connection with the different functions in Real Estate to capture business requirements and future developments needed
• support with testing activities and sign off user acceptance test
• understand and perform simple configuration activities
• be responsible for securing data quality and performance on a day to day basis
