We are now looking for several System Responsibles to our Online Area, where you will be responsible for the operational delivery or a maintenance area. You will work with a distributed team or in a managed service environment and collaborate with software suppliers and partners. You will work closely with IT Service Responsible to ensure that your delivery plan is in line with overall strategy and goals.

To succeed in the System Responsible role we believe you have earlier maintenance leader experience. You have a drive to improve and develop. Previously leader experience, a genuine interest and curiosity for leadership is important. Here you have the opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level, as your experience and responsibility grow in this role. Some travels may occur in some of the positions.
You'll be a part of Sales Online & Marketing. That's the part of H&Ms IT Department who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and of course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands.

Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Be the overall responsible for the maintenance area and the operational delivery of one or several IT services towards business
• Report status and progress to IT Service Responsible, Business and other stakeholders
• Coordinating changes, problems and incidents
• Plan for new requirements within the maintenance area
• Create, plan and report according to budget internally at IT
• Plan and secure the resource needs
• Responsible for the internal way of working within the team
• Motivating and developing your team members
• Be responsible for the operational relationship and follow up/KPI:s with external vendors, as well as other parts of the IT-department
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 3 years' experience from leadership within IT including; coordinating, planning, organizing and follow up
• At least 3 years of experience from working with system maintenance
• A technical and system architectural understanding
• Good communicational skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
For some of the roles it's important to have good knowledge of web and e-commerce solutions and trends. We also look for you with knowledge of the back-office part of an e-commerce solution; Logistics, Supply Chain, Payments, Customer Service.
Regarding one of the roles it's an advantage if you have experience and knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, etc.). In another role it is an asset if you have an interest in media solutions and media technology.
It is an advantage if you have experience of working with distributed teams, out-tasking or managed services. There is an added plus if you have also worked with KPI:s regarding supplier management.
