A new approach to ensuring a Security Transformation Capability has been initiated to raise the bar for security across the company and to support Ericsson's Security Strategy to reach the wanted position of having "Security embedded, integrity delivered". By way of reaching the wanted position for security, a Security Operations Organization is being set-up within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) to strengthen Ericsson's competence within security assurance.
This is vital from an Ericsson perspective as our culture and capabilities ensure that high security standards are embedded in all products and processes, making us the industry's preferred partner.
The new Security Operations Organization will be established as a key function and will be engaged in driving research, analysis, development, and execution of security related topics.

What you will do
Build, mentor and develop a result and delivery-oriented team
Follow-up on project status, decisions needed as well as risks and issues related to ongoing analysis and studies
Approving study plans, e.g., set scope, results, exit criteria, definition of done, delivery date, and governance & reporting
Providing vital management and technical support through tools, templates and guidelines for Opportunity Analyses and Pre-studies
Optimizing & measuring the flow efficiency
You will bring
Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Analytical mind and ability to handle and structure complex challenges
Experience from a managerial position or leading a program or large project
Specialized and/or breadth of knowledge of security related topics
10+ years of working experience in similar area or position
Entrepreneurial approach and innovative thinking
Experience from the telecom sector is meriting
