Monitor and integrate manufacturing data to support our daily execution, ie MES.
Plan the day to day execution and technical support for introduction, development and improvement of processes for testing of new and existing products.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for level of integration between the existing MES components as well as development of road map for future steps.
Contribute to improved quality by identifying test issues, developing advanced test cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to test; methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.
Monitor and improve productivity through the use of Lean Six Sigma or related tools, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner.
Participate in early focus on manufacturing in NPI and/or Transfer projects. Drive rigor in process capability assessment, process layout, tooling and equipment development and QMS design transfer execution.
Clearly understand existing processes in order to provide support for manufacturing process.
Support and execute AME initiatives with wide business impact and ensure to share best practice across the Global Supply Chain.
Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and standardization efforts.
Ensure regulatory compliance through Qualification and Validation. Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.
Help execute continuous simplification of QMS methods and their applications by working with cross-functional team including Operations and Quality Assurance. Work with the facilities and maintenance team to implement change and ensure the required product capacity is in place when it is required by customer demand.
Contribute to trouble shooting during high pressure, due to i.e. production stop, with direct effect on customer quality and delivery times. To identify the root cause analysis the MQE need to encompass multiple variables and unknowns.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent, or related technical degree or an Associate Degree and some years? experience in production, testing, programming, engineering or troubleshooting.
Understanding of software and hardware design.
Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written.
Test tool experience.
Desired Characteristics:
Co-op or internship experience in Electrical Engineering.
6-sigma DMAIC & DFSS certified.
Scrum, Agile or any other iterative software methodology.
Experiences in Process Intensive manufacturing.
Solid working knowledge of GEHC QMS procedures for GMP.
