CEVT covers all aspects of passenger car development - from the total architecture, powertrain and drive line components, to top hat engineering as well as the vehicles' exterior design. We currently have the following job opening;
Responsibilities and tasks
• Establish all requirements on component level
• Drive the AWD/driveshaft design and development on your components to meet cost, quality and attribute requirements in your vehicle projects
• Leading the engineering part of the supplier choice, collaboration and follow-up work all the way to production
• Secure packaging feasibility within given frames together with the Driveshaft/AWD design engineers and the vehicle packaging engineers
• Ensure planning and follow-up of all simulations and physical verification of your components
• Support all deliveries through the gateways and milestones according to our Product Development System
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical eng. or similar.
• Relevant experience from development of components and systems within the automotive area
• Proven ability to drive work towards suppliers
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
• Good English skills are required
• Experience of working with PLM systems, preferable Teamcenter
