Vehicle Electronics within Product Development is responsible for the design and requirements of the complete vehicle electronic system for all Marine and Industrial applications. The department is located in Gothenburg and we are today about 30 persons working in different roles. Our ambition is to keep a holistic view of our products so the team are taking care of all the different stages in the product cycle - from new development projects via product maintenance to quality issues and feedback from the market.

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience, to develop and maintain control systems for vessels in our marine markets. These vessels, powered by Volvo Penta, will be ranging from top performing, fuel-efficient diesel installations to fully electric powertrains. You enjoy working in a team and have the ability to inspire your team colleagues. You feel engaged by working in projects and reaching goals. You take lead in projects and have the ambition and energy to develop yourself and the team. You have the courage to challenge existing routines and processes to help us improve. Since the job consists of a net of contacts internally and externally, experience in building tight relations with suppliers and colleagues are highly valued.
Your CV should contain listed qualifications in academic degrees, you should be able to communicate in both English and Swedish and have a valid drivers' license.
