Your role
Our systems engineers have a central role in the development phase of our radar sensors. You work together with our project managers and engineering colleagues focusing on the radar sensor system and its interaction with other product subsystems. You work in a project team with colleagues that will introduce you to the product area. Your responsibilities as a systems engineer in radar mean that you develop signal-processing algorithms for radar sensors. You use your creativity and cooperate with your colleagues in order to perform your tasks.
Your main tasks are:
* Development of signal-processing algorithms
* Radar sensor systems engineering
* Specification of requirements
* Documentation

Your profile
We believe that you possess very good analytical and mathematical skills. You will work with a technical subsystem but you want to understand the functions of the full system. You are reliable and have high personal integrity. You feel comfortable to ask and being asked questions. Communication, cooperation and initiative are important keywords for you. You enjoy to network and interact with people. You share your knowledge and learn from others. You have just graduated or you have many years of experience. You want to work with radars, antennas and signal processing in exciting projects. You want to keep learning.
We require the following skills:
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Good background in mathematics
* Programming experience in one or more scripting language (Matlab, Python etc)
It is desirable but not required that you have the following skills:
* PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
* Project management or team leader experience
* Relevant work experience
* Programming experience in a compiled language (c, c++, Ada etc)

Dynamics is a workplace for about 2200 employees at 16 sites around the world. The Dynamics product portfolio contains ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, unmanned underwater vehicles and signature management systems for armed forces, as well as unmanned underwater vehicles for the offshore industry.
