Based in our Stockholm office, you?ll focus on system design & development with the purpose to create our new next generation natural language processing (NLP) platform. You?ll work inside the R&D department, build prototypes and perform technology evaluations. You will be expected to take a key role in the platform (especially the backend side) architecture and design as-well as together with your colleagues in an agile environment be a strong technical expert in developing solid enterprise backend systems and services.
The position offers a lot of freedom under responsibility and will allow you to grow both as a person and within our company in order to realize your full potential.
The position will focus upon:
• Be part of driving the technical design & architecture for the backend-side of our key systems.
• Development and implementation of new platform and key systems
• Interaction with product-managers, developers and users of the platform
Required skills/experience:
• 7+ years of development experience
• 5+ years of Java
• 3+ years of experience of enterprise level systems (scalability, availability, maintainability, security)
• 3+ years of experience with web services, protocols
• 2+years of experience from role as lead developer involving owning/driving technical system design & architecture
• Good written and spoken English skills
Meriting skills/experience:
• Knowledge of workflow systems, user models, roles/rights management
• An interest in the areas of computational linguistics, NLP, AI

• Ability to work well both alone and within a larger team
• Mindset for agile development and decision making
• Function well under time pressure
• Strong commitment and a will to get things done
• Flexible and open-minded, pragmatic
