Group IT is a support function to Swedish Match's operating units and corporate functions. It has three key missions:

About DevOps:
DevOps develops, operates and enhances business applications and IT infrastructure services to enable and create value for Swedish Match's operating units and corporate functions. DevOps builds strategic competencies in Service Competence Centers (SCC): ERP, BI, Other Business Solutions, Network and Cloud Services, Hosting Services Sweden and Hosting Services US. DevOps collaborate tightly in service teams, including business, IT and vendor members. The services provided are reliable, fit for purpose, cost efficient, agile and secure.
About ERP Solution Competence Center:
The ERP Solution Competence Center is responsible for development as well as enhancement, management and maintenance of both new and existing solutions within ERP. The SCC further develops, maintains and guards solution architectures for its new and existing applications, in line with Swedish Match architectural principles. Using both internal and external staffing, the SCC ensures delivery capacity to perform its work, as agreed between Group IT and business in terms of content and throughput. The team consists of 10 people, and consists of a mix of solution architect, developers and applications specialists, spread geographically over four different locations in Sweden and the US. We use modern tools and applications to support our processes, for example SCSM and TFS.
Swedish Match ERP Solutions Competence Center is looking for an application specialist, placed in Stockholm, with at least 3 years' experience from Dynamics AX, and at least five years' work experience. We currently use Dynamics AX 2009, but are in the midst of a pre-study for a future upgrade to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Our Dynamics AX solution supports approx. 750 users in five different countries, covering time zones with a seven hour time difference.
The purpose of the Application Specialist role is to represent a broad proficiency in the business process support, functionality and features of a Dynamics AX, including deep specialization in one or more specific functional areas within the application. The Application Specialist is thus independently involved in solution development and enhancement to present solution options, capture requirements and ensure sustainable solutions to requirements, as well as designing and configuring the application. The Application Specialist also work with solution management, maintenance and user support.
Our working language is mainly English, but for this role fluency in Swedish is also required. The position is placed in Stockholm City.
