Qualification/Responsibilities
• Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients and fish fabrication
techniques
• Experience in quantity food production, presentation, service
and sanitation, sushi preparation, proper fish handling
• Excellent knife skills and great attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to multitask and follow standardized recipes within
specified time limits
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers
and guests
• Proven experience and able to handle stress in a high volume
setting, with variable shifts
• Display a passion for food and cooking and be self-motivated
• Organizing and leadership skills
• Certificate in culinary arts preferred, but not required
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
equipment, workstations, floors and walls
• Assists with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items in other areas
as requested
• Correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality
• Continually grows in knowledge and takes advantage of new
training
• Be able to read, write and speak languages: Swedish, English,
Mandarin (optional), Cantonese (optional)
• May perform additional responsibilities as requested by a
Manager

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Permanent contract, schedualed working hours.
