And we want you to join our team!This is us, your new colleaguesTime Critical Support team in Lundby is a small tailor made team that handles Group Truck Technology end user mainly with procurement and other type of daily questions. We also secure uptime in our critical test environment when it comes to the infrastructure equipment. In this work, we need to secure work around and then work for solving the problem. TCS team work as one team and have year of experience. We discuss and put time to secure a good team spirit and keep our trust level in the team. We help and challenge each other in a respectful way. Our user of our IT services is always in our focus. Every day is a new day with new challenges. You need to like high pace work, take own responsibility, dare to take action and challenge way of working to be part of the continuous learning. Role descriptionSupport Professional IT Who are you?To be successful in the position you need to be service minded, well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. Nevertheless, most of all you are a true team player and you contribute with good team spirit. Required knowledge/experience As we are a truly global and diverse company, most of your meetings and emails will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.As we work with End User you need to have a professional way and feel confident in this situations.As our main work is IT related, you need many years of IT experiences preferred in Windows, Linux environment. ITIL education is a base demand.To keep order you need to collaborate with the team and take team responsibility on out task and priorities the work according to decided way of working.Experience on working on well-structured problem and improvement work is a plus.Like to work in a changing environment both from technical, way of working environment to stay ahead.You should not just focus on doing your work well, you also have a responsibility to develop and improve way of working and developing yourself and the team.A Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
