The Sales & Operation organization is responsible for managing the supply of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors, within business unit residential EPAC. All communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, with regards to forecasts, orders, delivery information etc, is routed via this department.
As Supply and inventory planner you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who can support us with this progress.
Areas of responsibility
Secure delivery performance according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations
Provide forecasts and orders to factories/suppliers on a regular basis and monitor delivery performance
Be in close contact with factories/suppliers and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
Inventory management
Agree and follow up on flexibility levels with factories/suppliers
In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply according to agreed allocation
Coordinate product phase in/out
Direct contact to sales companies connected to central/regional warehouses and sales companies connected via EDI
Handle claims and goods returns
Develop and improve current processes

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience from this area and/or holds a university degree in preferably logistics or economics.
As an individual, you should be analytical, target-oriented and comfortable taking initiatives and making decisions. Being service-minded, structured and flexible comes neutral for you. The work entails establishing long-term relationships and collaborating with international customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group. Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
Location Huskvarna. A hybrid working model can be offered.
