Mission
The mission of the Global Supply Chain Excellence team is to drive the development of supply chain strategy, deploy best practices within global supply chain operations and to define and implement policies and standards accordingly. We define, improve and deploy global processes.

The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist has a key role in this. You will manage operational Key Performance Indicators that drive our supply chain. You will not only follow up and distribute KPI's, but continuously develop our reporting tools to make them powerful and user friendly. As a BI expert, you help the line organization with Pareto analysis, drill-downs, and guidance on where to focus improvement efforts. You sit in the crossroads between IT, Operations and Controlling, taking large quantities of data and turning it into a roadmap for continuous improvement.

Job Description - focus areas
* Ensure clear and correct definitions of KPI's designed by senior management - and develop them further!
* Own tracking & reporting of Supply Chain KPI's to the organization
* Own, develop and refine Power BI tools and reports to support continuous improvement and control of the Supply Chain
* Roll out standard KPI's and Power BI reports globally, and ensure apples-to-apples measurements between Regions
* Provide thorough analysis and drill-downs to clearly illustrate where Epiroc need to focus improvement activities to surpass KPI targets

Education and experience
* Degree in IT, statistics, supply chain, economics, or a related degree.
* Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel, including macros
* Experience in the global supply chain systems and processes.
* Experience in M3 ERP is a plus but not mandatory, as is knowledge of SQL and VBA
* Strong understanding of the link between metrics, analysis and operational performance
* Strong English communication skill both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred.

Personality Requirements
To enjoy the work as Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist, you love collecting and refining large amounts of data. Slicing data warehouse cubes into meaningful information is something you enjoy and are good at, and you take pride in having developed reporting tools that spread to your entire department, or beyond. You create macros to simplify and automate work processes.

At the end of the day, however, what really interests you is the link between BI and real-world, operational performance. And seeing how people use the tools you built to hit difficult targets.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
