hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a Supply Chain and Master Data Specialist to our customer in the pharmaceutics industry for a twelve month consultant assignment in Uppsala. The assignment is to start in January 2022.
The role
As Supply Chain and Master Data Specialist you will manage Master Data set-up and MRP planning parameter set-up for new and existing material codes of raw materials, intermediate and final products. You will also manage Bill of Material and maintenance for intermediate and final products. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other functions such as Purchasing, Production, Engineering and Quality.
Main tasks:
Prepare required Change Control documents, documenting new SKU's.
Track progress of project launch activities for planning department.
Manage discontinuation process for phased-out materials.
Prepare disposition reports for phased-out materials.
Work closely with project leads and the production/material planners to have full understanding of the project timelines and priorities.
Participate in weekly launch readiness meetings with global project leads.
Participate in weekly project meetings with local or global project leads.
Support the Supply Chain department with back-up activities (planning/buying) if required.
Adhere to local and global SOPs.
Experience and competence
For this assignment we are looking for a supply planner with 2-5 years of experience in materials planning/master data management, preferably in Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry. We also prefer you to have an academic degree within supply chain/logistics or equivalent. In addition experience from working in projects and a background from pharma industry or other complex and regulated industry is required. You are a competent MS Office user with knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems. Fluency in Swedish and English, oral and writing, is a must as well as knowledge in GMP and ISO.
We are looking for a self-driven team-player with a solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain planning and strong collaboration and communication skills. You must be flexible and able to work in a high tempo environment. You conduct your work in a structured and accurate way with an attentive eye for service and urgency. Additionally ability to multi-task and prioritize is valuable to succeed in the role.
