Description
As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will be responsible for supplier quality over the entire product life cycle. In the project phase, you will ensure that our suppliers are prepared to deliver with expected quality. You will then monitor product quality through the life cycle and, if needed, initiate and follow up with improvement activities. You will also be the main contact for production in supplier-related quality issues. Your main interfaces will be production, suppliers, purchasing, other Ericsson manufacturing sites and design. Travelling is a natural part of this position.
You will be a part of a Supplier Quality Assurance group within Sitematerial at Customer Distribution Center Gävle. We are responsible for quality assurance with our suppliers in order to provide a secure inbound supply chain.
Qualifications
We are looking for an analytical person with a proactive attitude and leadership capabilities. You will occasionally lead meetings with suppliers in challenging situations, so you must have good presentation and communication skills.
