Job description
Support activities within an operational development project within the Purchasing area.
Scope of project is to roll out new solutions within many departments in the organization.
The work is to prepare, scrutinize, analyse and quality assure business data to be migrated.
Tasks
* Collect data from the business organisations globally
* Mix business data from different data sources
* Structure and sort the business data
* Present progress of business data collection to organisations
* Hand over quality assured business data to IT department for migration
Qualifications
* Work Experience in Advance MS Excel at least 1- 2 years daily work with different MS Excel tools
* Pivot sorting incl Power Pivot
* Fomula usage e.g. VLOOKUP, CONCACENATE
* Sortings
* Shared files
* Good experience in other MS office tools
* Outlook
Meritorious:
* Work Experience in Advance MS Excel.
* Experience from similar migration project preparation work
* Experience from automotiveindustry
